Many provincial and territorial museums and galleries have joined the list of attractions that can be enjoyed at discounted rates this summer thanks to the new Canada Strong Pass.
Children aged 17 and under enjoy free admission, and youth aged 18—24 get a 50% discount.
The additional 86 participating provincial and territorial institutions were announced on July 17.
The Canada Strong Pass is available to all guests, regardless of immigration status, including international travellers.
It will be available to those visiting the attractions until September 2, 2025.
There is no registration or physical pass required. Visitors can simply show up at the attraction and enjoy the benefits offered at participating establishments.
The Pass first came into effect on June 20, and applies to all federal museums and galleries.
Participation of provincial and territorial attractions is voluntary.
